Individual Life Skills Coaching

I am a life skills coach supporting women who are ready to make courageous leaps forward as they identify where they are stuck, develop an action plan, and create the lives of their dreams. Many people use a life coach for personal development that falls outside the realm of traditional therapy. My clients come from around the world, different age groups, and come from all walks of life. They share a courageous desire to live 100% fully alive. For some, that means a career change or tapping into creative passions. For others, that means living without resentment and making powerful choices. Whether the goals are tangible or a way of being, working with a Life Coach can add to your toolbox for living more powerfully and joyfully.

My clients are...

* Intelligent and capable of change, and interested in getting support as they consider all possibilities.
* Often highly creative (artistically and intellectually) and yearning for a way to balance between work, relationships, family, money issues, and creative passions.
* Interested in a pro-active way of getting perspective on their lives.
* Looking for real solutions for managing their inner critic, beyond simply reciting affirmations or making vision boards.
* Open to embracing the idea that there is some way to work with emotions that doesn't involve deadening them, nor does it involve being completely overwhelmed by them.
* Sensing that there is something more than waking up in the morning feeling "blah."

Feel free to ask more questions about my training and background.
