Courage Habit : Origins and opportunities

The Your Courageous Life podcast is debuting a special series that tackles lessons from my book, The Courage Habit. I’m partnering with my friend Andy Sewell, and we’re going through different lessons from The Courage Habit to talk about how you’d apply them in your life--when you’re getting overwhelmed and stressed and afraid, how do you literally stop, pause, not get pulled into that overwhelm and fear?
