Leadership With Courage is the program I offer to organizations who want their managers and leadership teams to learn coaching skills that make their workplaces better.

When coaching skills are used by managers within an organization you see improvements in communication, navigating workplace conflict, and company culture. This in turn can lead to more effectiveness in achieving a company’s goals in less time, and improved profitability.

The new world of work expects organizations to create cultures that people want to *belong* to. As employees seek greater work-life balance and power structures that are effective rather than simply hierarchical for hierarchy’s sake, organizations that respond to this changing world of work will be poised to do better.

Create workplaces that people want to belong to.

I work with companies and organizations to identify existing issues within the organization, clarify potential solutions, and then start designing actions and interventions that can put change in motion. Crucially, I also work with the organization on before-and-after surveying to see where the needle has moved and how we can have even greater impact.

I’ve worked with teams as small as 5 people and facilitated within groups of more than 100 people.
