When there is less on one's plate, it's easier to give attention to that which remains, and once you're putting focused attention on something so that you can observe it and see all of its ins and outs and bits and baubles, then there's a real chance of change.

Creating time for stillness is something we all need to make time for. I just spent the weekend with nine other inspiring women at the Create Stillness retreat, and the moments replay a truly wonderful party.
Overcoming fear by BEing with the fear
I don't really believe that we overcome fear, in the traditional sense. I believe that we can only ever be with it (and paradoxically, sometimes this means that you'll end up feeling less of it). But I know this: overcoming fear by being with the fear, gets easier with practice.
