The spaciousness of I don't know
Looking at where you inadvertently get stuck in transference becomes the doorway to seeing where you might practice the spaciousness of “I don’t know.” There’s a lot of fear, when we don’t know. That’s why we try so hard to find answers. But there’s also freedom in that spaciousness of “I don’t know.”
All you really need to do is breathe
What we call our spiritual practice is less important than that we examine ourselves. At the end of the day, we are just breathing. All we need to do is breathe.
Waking up to this certain life
The “problems” are my calls to wake up. I don’t need a completely organized life--I just need to get present to my certain life, and see what can be done this day to wake up just a little bit more.
Change your stories, change your life
The work of reframing limiting Stories is ongoing work. It starts with identifying them. It progresses by asking what's really true. It moves forward by shifting in small movements in the direction of what's really true. The decision to change your "Stories" can be a powerful first step to change your life.
