Regardless of where you are, today, think of the last time you felt particularly lost and broken. Consider: she won the battle, last time. She climbed through. She survived. She figured out what land looked on the other side of a seemingly endless ocean of hurt or pain.
The spaciousness of I don't know
Looking at where you inadvertently get stuck in transference becomes the doorway to seeing where you might practice the spaciousness of “I don’t know.” There’s a lot of fear, when we don’t know. That’s why we try so hard to find answers. But there’s also freedom in that spaciousness of “I don’t know.”
All you really need to do is breathe
