Power is collaboration, interdependence, and everyone showing up to bring their particular, individual gifts. Owning and declaring your own power actually models for others, especially other young women who are looking to you for an example, what’s possible. That's the world-changing potential of declaring your power.

I just want you to fully be with yourself. To look at the world without having to jump in to change it or fix it. To examine yourself without having to jump in to change it or fix it. The courage to be with yourself is rich and true.

The powerful question, here: What's life trying to teach you? Rather than dismissing that question outright, I invite you to consider a problem that you actually face as you watch this video. Go into a space of this being almost like having a little one-on-one session with me, where we're trying to unpack something that challenges you.
