When others criticize, you have options—like totally avoiding the person, or lashing out and telling them how wrong they are, or just nodding your head and agreeing to whatever they want you to do. But I prefer another option, which is practicing courage when others criticize and allowing yourself to have a process of evaluation with the feedback that you hear.
