Research shows that the more time you spend on social media, the more likely you are to feel anxious or depressed--so it matters that you are purposeful with how you utilize social media.

It's a question that took up residence in my mind when I felt I was at a crossroads. "Who am I, when I'm my best self? What am I doing? Who am I being in those moments? What environment am I in?" These are the questions I started to ask myself.
