Courage Habit : Habit formation as a way of being

It’s time to start listening to what your fear has to say--wait, what? This might surprise you, but there’s a very real reason why you need to listen to what your fear is saying: it has a message. The critical piece, however, is that you listen without attachment. In other words? Don’t believe that what your fear says, is automatically true. We’re going through some real examples of this in the 4th part of the Courage Habit series, part of a special 9-part series that is newly added to the Your Courageous Life podcast.
