Fear of failure
So often, fear of failure can keep us from even starting something in the first place. In this episode, I deconstruct fear of failure and ask you some challenging questions so that you can stop getting stuck in fear of failure and starting working through it if it arises.
How to know what you want
Often, when we tell ourselves that we “don’t know” what we want, we’re lying to ourselves. We do know what we want, but we think that it won’t be possible for some reason. So, what are those reasons; where do you tell yourself it won’t be possible? Let’s get underneath the ways that we hold ourselves back by thinking we don’t know what we want.
Habits to reduce anxiety
Anxiety is just...another name for fear. There are three specific habits you can shift to start feeling more “anxiety resilient” in general, and you can also lean on these habits to reduce anxiety when it hits. I’ll warn you: these habits are *deceptively* simple, so most people write them off. The research, however, showing that these habits are effective habits to reduce anxiety, is extensive--you definitely want to gut check whether or not you need to look at these habits in your own life.
Creating your courageous year
In this episode, I walk you through how you can create your courageous year (a process that can begin any time, not just in January!) and give you essential questions to help you clarify where you're at and put it in the greater context of where you're going. I'll also share a powerful reframe for how to put down a year that has felt heavy, and move into your life with more lightness as you declare a new path forward.
